Honeymoon Over a Silent Ocean (静かな海の蜜の月 Shizukana Umi no Mitsu no Tsuki) is the fifteenth episode of the Rewrite anime adaptation, and the second episode of the 2nd season. It aired on January 21, 2017.
The episode continues the adaptation of Moon Route.
Synopsis[]
Wanting to help out Kagari with her research, Kotarou tried rewriting his mind to be able to comprehend the lethally dense information in the Theory. The rewriting takes a toll on his body, which worried Kagari. However, he insisted on doing it.
He then ascended to different levels of intelligence, slowly comprehended complex ideas. Very high up, he found a piece of love, which gave a warmer perspective of it compared to the cold ones from his previous rewriting. High climbing came to a halt when he hit a wall, realizing that this is the limit of human mind. He realized soon that he was cold and alone, until Kagari's ribbons reached him and guided him back towards the daisy hill.
